We’re sorry you’re not seeing an option to redeem your points! There are a few things you can do to fix it.
First, if you’re using ShopPay and it automatically signs you in, you’ll have to checkout as a guest and continue to process your order from the Uncommon James checkout screen. Reference the screenshot below to see the process. Once you’ve selected the amount of points you’d like to add from the UJ checkout screen, you can go back to ShopPay.
If you’re not using ShopPay, try clearing your browser’s cache, using a different browser, or placing your order in incognito mode.
