Shipping Hours and Processing
Our internal shipping hours are Monday - Friday, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. CST. Please note, this excludes national holidays.
We primarily ship through DHL and FedEx. FedEx and expedited service options take 1-2 business days to process prior to being shipped. Free and standard shipping can take 3-5 business days to process prior to being shipped.
Orders placed after internal shipping hours will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3 p.m. CST, as well as orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will begin processing the following Monday.
Any orders that include an engraved item have a 7-10 day processing time-frame. This applies for expedited and standard shipping options. We will ship all items in the order together once the engraving has completed.
Shipping Options
The shipping method you choose estimates only the shipping speed. Please allow 1-2 business days for internal processing when choosing expedited shipping methods and 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Once your order is processed, we’ll get it shipped out!

Free and Standard Shipping
Orders that include only Uncommon James jewelry and/or Uncommon Beauty products receive free standard shipping. No minimum order value is required (you’re welcome!) Free shipping on jewelry and beauty orders is only available in the U.S. and Canada..
Standard ground is an option for all orders, however we recommend not using this option if free shipping is available. However, for orders that do not qualify for free shipping this will be the most cost effective option.
Expedited Shipping Policy
Keep in mind, FedEx expedited shipping does not deliver on the weekends. FedEx shipping times start the day after they receive the package. For example, if you place an order using FedEx 2-Day Shipping on Monday and we give it to FedEx on Tuesday, then they guarantee delivery by Friday afternoon.
International Shipping Policy
There are a few things to note about international shipping. If customs charges occur for your order, you are fully responsible for those fees. Uncommon James is not responsible for customs charges. International orders could take 6-8 weeks to arrive after they’re shipped since all orders must pass through customs. Please keep in mind, the amount of time that takes is completely out of our hands.
For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.
We do not provide a return shipping label in our packaging as international returns are the customer’s responsibility. Uncommon James is not responsible for any additional shipping costs that come from returns or exchanges. We also do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Uncommon James.
