We do! However, there are a few things to note about international shipping. If customs charges occur, you, the buyer, are 100% responsible for those fees. Uncommon James is not responsible for customs charges. International orders could take 6-8 weeks to arrive after they’re shipped since all orders must pass through customs and the time frame it takes is completely out of our hands.
For international orders, if your package is unclaimed and returned back to us, we may refund the amount of the products, but the shipping cost will not be refunded.
We do not provide a return shipping label in our packaging as return international shipments are the customer’s responsibility. Uncommon James is not responsible for any additional shipping costs that come from returns or exchanges, and we do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to Uncommon James.
