Jewelry warranty
All jewelry pieces are covered under a 1 year manufacturer warranty. If your product becomes damaged or tarnishes within a year of purchase, please contact Customer Experience for a replacement or credit. Some exclusions apply including items that were not properly cared for and lost or stolen items.
Lifestyle and Beauty warranty
All products are covered for 30 days post purchase. In the case that your product is damaged within 30 days you can submit a ticket with Customer Experience for assistance.
Final sale warranty
Final sale items fall under a separate warranty and are covered for 30 days post purchase. Damage to these items must be reported within this time frame to be considered for replacement.
