We’re sorry you’re not seeing an option to redeem your points! There are a few things you can do to fix it.
- If you’re using ShopPay and it automatically signs you in, please select “checkout as a guest” at the bottom of the page. You will be redirected to the Uncommon James checkout screen where you can continue your checkout process. Once you’ve selected the amount of points you’d like to add from the UJ checkout screen, you can go back to ShopPay.
- If you’re not using Shop Pay, try clearing your browser’s cache, using a different browser, or placing your order from incognito mode.
